This program is for Townsville men who would like to join our 8-week body & health transformation program.

This personal training program is suitable for those who desperately want to transform their health, and their bodies, all while upgrading their strength, energy levels, and fitness.

Throughout the 8 weeks and beyond you will be coached every step of the way to get you from where you are to where you want to be.

I know that for you to succeed in your fitness journey it’s about providing more than just a meal plan and a few workout sessions – you can get that anywhere. Instead, we provide real coaching that allows you to overcome any obstacles you may encounter, all the while improving your strength, self-esteem and overall health.

This is not an 8-weeks-and-you’re-done program, it’s a chance for you to jump-start your journey, get some real results and see if we are a good fit to work together further.

You’ll be training alongside a small, supportive group of other blokes who are in the same boat as you – all working towards wanting to feel better about themselves.

Criteria to join:

– Must be able to commit to working out 3-5 times per week for the next 8 weeks at our Cranbrook fitness studio
– Must be willing to work towards improving your nutrition and health with our guidance (don’t worry, we suggest real food) – Not afraid to lift weights! (Lifting weights the RIGHT way will transform you body faster than anything!)
– Wants to work in a small group with others working towards similar goals in a positive, motivating, NON-JUDGEMENTAL or “lifting-bro” type environment
– Must be willing to invest in yourself $77/week for 8 weeks If you’re bored with regular gyms and working out your own, or just can’t find the motivation then this is what you’ve been looking for.

Training will consist of:
– 3 x Personal Training sessions (groups of 5 guys) consisting of strength training and metabolic conditioning (HIIT) to tone your body and strip centimeters
– Unlimited group training such as circuits, cardio boxing, bodyweight and bootcamp-style training to burn calories and have some fun in the process.

You don’t have to know the answers, you don’t need to be in shape now, and it’s OK if you’ve tried other programs and failed in the past. That’s where we come in to help you!

All you need is a desire to be your best, a positive attitude, and the willingness to take the first step.
