The participants in this personal training program will be coached every step of the way to take them from where they are, to exactly where they want to be – which is, looking and feeling incredible.
To get these amazing results and to REALLY succeed in a fitness journey it’s about being given so much more than just a meal plan and a few workout sessions – that can be found anywhere.
Instead, we provide REAL coaching AND accountability that allows clients to overcome any obstacles along the way… all the while improving strength, self-esteem and overall health.
This is not an 8-weeks-and-you’re-done program, it’s a chance for you to jump-start your journey, get some amazing results and to see if we are a good fit to work together further.
Within personal training sessions you’ll be getting results alongside a small, supportive group of other women in the same boat as yourself – all working towards feeling better about themselves.
Criteria to apply:
– Must be able to commit to working out 4-5 times per week for the next 8 weeks at our Cranbrook fitness studio (right near Stockland)
– Must be willing to work towards improving nutrition AND health with our guidance (don’t worry, we suggest real food)
– Not afraid to lift weights! (Lifting weights the RIGHT way will transform you body faster than anything!)
– Wants to work in a small group with others working towards similar goals in a positive, motivating, NON-JUDGEMENTAL or “fashion show” type environment
– Must be willing to invest in yourself $77/week for 8 weeks
If you’re bored with regular gyms and working out your own, or just can’t find the motivation, then this is what you’ve been looking for.
Training consists of:
– 3 x Personal Training sessions (groups of 5 ladies) consisting of strength training and metabolic conditioning (HIIT) to tone your body and strip centimeters
– Unlimited group training i.e. circuits, cardio boxing, bodyweight and bootcamp-style training to burn calories and have some fun in the process
You don’t have to know the answers, you don’t need to be in shape now, and it’s OK if you’ve tried other programs and failed in the past. That’s where we come in to help!
All that’s needed is a desire to be your best, a positive attitude, and the willingness to take the first step.

A Absolutely! Our workouts are designed for all fitness levels and all ages. Most exercises are done for time, allowing you to push yourself as hard as you can during the timed intervals. Exercises can be modified to your level of fitness, regardless if you’re taking your first class or are a Plates on Plates veteran.
