We are very excited about our new FIT KIDS CLUB which started this week !!!
There’s absolutely no doubt that kids need exercise, and that most kids aren’t getting enough. The Australian Government recommends that children between the ages of 6 and 17 get at least one hour of exercise per day. It’s frightening to think that less than a third of Australian kids get 20 minutes of exercise per day.
Free to the children of our members these classes contain a variety of exercise fun from dancing to hula hoops and even some stretching. The kids love moving, playing and making friends whilst the parents can get a workout of their own in the main gym. Once you take the kids to a class they will be asking to come back again and again.
Apart from the obvious physical benefits, children who attend regular URT Kids Classes will also:
- Developing social skills
- Learning to take turns and work with others
- Listen and following directions
- Increase their self esteem
Monday ,Wednesday and Friday at 5:30 pm
Our Fit Kids Classes only require participants to pre book the day of choice and to pay as you come. First in, first choice of day!
Non Members :Discounts are available to those who wish to pay for the Term upfront and for siblings.
