I’ve had the pleasure of training Shelley for a few months now and her results in both weight loss and strength are true indicators of her dedication and commitment to her health and fitness!
Shelley religiously sends in her mfp screenshots, and hits her 40% protein and calorie target every day, this dedication also has shown through her weighs in and this morning she hit her goal weight! 💪🏻💪🏻

Shelley also strength tested this morning and added 18kg to her deadlift…18kg!!!
Shelley you’re smashing goals left right and centre and I’m so proud of you.
